I have one heck of a temper & I have punched a door before. Made a small dent in the door. I am more known for throwing chairs or bottles ( not at people just near them )

Yes, punched and kicked both. Doors, walls and even put my fist through a window a couple of time. Those really hurt, you think I would have learned the first time.
Had just a little anger problem for awhile, I'm much better now.

When I was 11 or 12 my brother and sisters locked me out of the house, I have kicked the back and front door and put cracks in them, and put my hand through the window on the garage back door to get in.

I used to a lot, had a lot of holes on the doors and walls, but i dont get so angry anymore.

Yes, In high school during a basketball game. Broke my hand missed a bunch of the season and pissed off the head coach.

Yes, I once punched a screen door and knocked the screen right out. I was a little upset :)
That was years ago when I was in my teens, would I do that now. . .probably NOT :)
