"A declassified report released Friday by the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence revealed that U.S. intelligence analysts were strongly disputing the alleged links between Saddam Hussein and al-Qaida while senior Bush administration officials were publicly asserting those links to justify invading Iraq."

This is an interesting article. I just need someone to refute, or "debunk" it, item by item.

This article is a little newer, for those who don't like facing "old" lies.

This article is old...It would have been "debunked" months ago...why bring this up here?

The republicans keep pushing things like this aside saying "old news". this may be true but they haven't answered for their deceptions. I think this is called the power of denial.
Actually, deception is the wrong term, this is propaganda at it's finest. You're not going to find anyone willing to try and debunk this. How do you deny that the info said one thing and they said another? When you corner them with the truth they stand quietly in the back waiting for the moment to pass.

It has not been debunked; it has been verified. The intelligence available to the US government was accurate. The government ignored the available intelligence and decided to make their decisions based on unverified rumors and documents that were already known to be falsified.

The US government wanted to go to war with Iraq and it did. It invented the justification to do so. Big Brother in action.

The question I ask you is, why does it matter? Al-Qaida is there today so what difference does it make?
