Hey there, I notice that about 3 paragraphs down they tell you that if you eat and drink too much dairy and milk products then this will increase your mucous and phlegm production and also increase bad breath!! What they fail to also tell you is that milk and dairy products are usually the sole cause of sinus and nasal problems!! 70% of the world's population are actually lactose intolerant and simply don't realise it. One of the symptoms of lactose intolerance will be to have continual upper respiratory problems, sinus congestion and pain and digestive difficulties. Bloating and gassiness after meals and belching and acid reflux are other symptoms you may be experiencing. Difficulty getting to sleep at night due to acid reflux is also a symptom.

Eliminate all milk and dairy for a week and see how you go.

As far as the tonsil stones go I would think that these will dissolve once you remove the irritant, namely lactose (contained in all milk and dairy products). However, you may need to seek professional advice regarding the tonsil stones if they don't disappear within say the week...........CHEERS & GOOD HEALTH 2 U

PEACE

number !, what age are you,?, number two, you did not mention what it is that you are requesting a question about as to it's safety.? so no one can honestly answer you sence we do not know the forms or names of medications.\
personally, i have never heard of tonsil stones before, sound like a plague bildt up that is settling in the folds at or around the tonsil area., i know that nettle tea from a health food store will rid a person of gall and kidney stones after drinking a cup two or 3 times a day for 3 to 5 days. the stones just naturally dissolve. the cost of nettle tea is anywhere from 89 cents to $3.00. and nettles worked for my 79 year old mother she had no side affects what so ever, three days after drinking it doctors took an ultra sound to see how many gall stones she had as they were planning on cutting on her and removing her gall bladder, they could no longer find the stones . so the nettle tea had worked and saved her from surgery. and that is an old remedy from our native indians.
they knew of many such cures for various ailments as they did not have medical doctors around to help them survive.

Probably not effective.

Whether their safe is also unknown without proper clinical trials.

If you're having trouble you should see your doctor and tell them about it, not surf the net.
