Well use the intro paragraph as a set up for the tools and items needed to do the job, and what the benefit of the oil change is. In the next paragraphs go through the steps of the oil change, maybe two steps per paragraph. Then in the conclusion you can go over the checks after you are done, the proper disposal and storage of the oil, and the benefits of the oil change again. In your question you didn't put what type of essay you have to write or the audience you are writing for, so its hard to say how in depth you have to be. But you can go as deep as you want in the steps section, though is there a limit on the size of the paper?

I'm not going to write your paper for you only give you guide lines

1. Warm engine to operating temperature
2. Raise vehicle on ramps or place on jack stands
3. Find a container that holds at least 2 gal.
4. Remove the drain plug. Be careful as the oil will burn you.
5. Allow oil to drain for at least 1/2 hour
6. Remove the engine oil filter
7. Replace the drain plug. Should go in easily, do not strip the threads.
8. Replace the oil filter, place a little fresh oil on the rubber seal
9. Refill engine with manufacture's recommended oil. Pour in 4 qts. check
10. Run engine for 10 seconds, recheck oil. Top off to full mark. DO NOT overfill.

happy writing. . .
