I want an assembly line step by step process of how they are made in a factory not a description of the ball it self also any information that you have about the dif types of Koosh® balls. Also if the process of making one model is any different from the others I would like to know. I do have a few ideas but I'm not really 100% sure. I find it interesting that no mater what way you pull the tentacles, or from what side, that you real see no sign of middle. That is the main reason I am asking you just incase there is someone out there that has maybe worked in a Koosh® ball factory. p.s. If possible I would prefer that it be a name brand Koosh® and not a rip-off ball that is being described.

Looking at one, I would say it is made one of two ways: rubber bands tied in the middle, or extruded plastic. That's a prcoess where hot liquid plastic is injected into a mold and then squirted out through holes to make the tentacles. After it's done, maybe the hole in the middle is filled with a gel to make it squishy.

You could try to contact then directly and see if they would answer you, or do patent research to learn their process.

It looks like they wrote their own Wiki entry, and they did not volunteer the process so you may never know.
