Giving favour to Sachin and Ganguly like players doen't mean that they do not encourage the upcoming talent !! these players deserve to adored ( don't judge them from their performance in WC ,they are the best players of the world) ! its their personal opinion and i m sure it won't stop new talent to come forward !

They back senior players becoz if a new team is made ignoring all the senior player then it will face new problem for which they suggested to back senior players and mean time give chances to new talents.
