It means being respected by the company you are dealing with and answering your questions honestly. Delivering goods on time and in tact. Helping you choose the best items that would suit you. Never ever being rude to the customer no matter how you feel. I realize sometimes that might be a hard ask but if you work in customer service it is very important to leave your problems at home. Never argue with a customer, even when you know they are wrong. That's another hard ask, but also must be practiced.

Customer service is about 4 main things: knowledge, friendlyness, cleanlyness and safety. If the customer service representitive is nice and knows about the product while keeping a clean and safe environment for the customer, customer service has been met.

The sales person is:

- nice/polite/courteous
- tries to answer my questions or help me out if I'm having a problem or looking for something
- listens to what I am looking for instead of cutting me off and tries to sell me something completely different
- doesn't waste my time, is fast
- approaches me to ask if I need help with anything
- there are enough sales people working so I can be helped in a reasonable amount of time. I hate entering a store trying to find what I'm looking for and there are no sales people in sight to ask questions.
