Geez man, you seem to be very concerned about this. Why not research it in the library or on the internet because chances are you are not going to get very informative responses from Yahoo! Answers.

Wikipedia isn't very reliable but it is a place to start.

Tickle torture is when someone is tied down and tickled for a long period of time. Tickle torture usually is conducted by restraining the ankles and wrists to a bed or a table, which is usually done by rope or belts. Once the person is restrained, the torturer then proceeds to tickle the most sensitive areas, and this is usually the bottom of the bare feet. The main question to ask is, is there a reason for the tickle torture? Most people do not enjoy being tickled, so for them to agree to being tickled torture it may take a lot. The torture should only be done if the person being tortured agrees to it. They will usually accept it as long as there is reasoning behind it, whether it be for a joking reason like getting back at someone, or if they just enjoy it. Also, it should only be conducted if the person being tortured can trust the other person with their defensless body. When tickle torture is performed, the person usually can't escape, so the torturer needs to know when to stop.

What it tickle torture?

I would venture to say that there are actually three types of tickle torture - CONSENSUAL PLAYFUL TICKLE TORTURE, CONSENSUAL TICKLE TORTURE and NON-CONSENSUAL TICKLE TORTURE.

CONSENSUAL PLAYFUL TICKLE TORTURE: This is most common between close friends and/or lovers. It also usually involves some bondage unless the tickler is much stronger than the ticklee. The tickler alternates tickling styles to keep the ticklee laughing but, on occasion, he/she will tickle the "helpless victim" on the most ticklish places and hold off on the air brakes a little longer than normal. There may be teasing which goes along with the tickling. For example, the tickler might tell his/her ticklish victim to spell their name backwards (while laughing hard) and if they make a mistake, they have to try again. As long as the tickling is fun and respectful, this can be a fun game. After a few minutes of laughter, a well deserved air break comes and more playful tickling follows. It is not uncommon for the ticklee to have a safe word which, when used, tells the tickler that it is time to stop.

CONSENSUAL TICKLE TORTURE: The difference between consensual playful tickle torture and consensual tickle torture is that some people really like to have their limits pushed. They want to be tickled to their limits and beyond by somebody that they trust. They trust that the tickler will push them to their limits but not hurt them or take advantage of them. They frequently use safe words and they trust that the tickler will honor the safe word, if used, and stop tickling immediately. In some relationships, the ticklee might say or do something to the tickler to instigate the tickle torture and both know that it is accepted and desired.

NON-CONSENSUAL TICKLE TORTURE: As this implies, the tickling is not done between two (or more) consenting people. This is quite common between adults and children when a parent, sibling, grandparent, aunt/uncle or a family friend discover that a child is VERY ticklish and they fall in love with the laughter - at the child's expense. It does not even have to be a child. Any ticklish person who is tickled for prolonged periods of time against their will is the victim of non-consensual tickle torture. This usually takes away any possibility that they might have of ever enjoying playful tickling when they find a bf/gf or a spouse.

I have enjoyed many wonderful tickling encounters, both as a tickler and as a ticklee. I prefer to be tied down in comfortable restraits so that I cannot block the tickling - it becomes a freedom for me. The ladies who have tickled me playfully call me a ticklers dream because I laugh loud and hard and I rarely ask for a break. To me, it is a lot of fun as long as trust and respect a in place.

How do you get a tickle-torturer to stop?
As far as getting the person to stop, it really depends on the relationship between the tickler and the ticklee. If the ticklee demands that the tickler respect him or her and tells the tickler to stop. A tickler will stop if he/she respect the ticklee. Calling somebody out on the "respect card" can be very effective sometimes.

Another way to get them to stop is to threaten to call the police or a relative if the tickler does not stop. Some people become so upset that they start crying (which tends to take all the fun away from the tickler). Some people suffer major humiliation by wetting their pants before the tickler will stop. None of this will ever happen if the tickler respects the ticklee.

Good luck on your research!

You may want to try posting an add on a site like The Tickle Media Forum. They have an entire section dedicated to this sort of thing. I'm sure you would get a few responses. You could also go the more traditional route and try posting on Craig's List.

OK when I was a little kid and we would play cowboys and indians, I was usually the indian and would get captured. My friends would then tie me to a tree and tickle torture me; that is ask questions I couldn't answer and then, while sitting on my legs, tickle my bare feet and ribs. It was torture after a few minutes, and sometimes I would wet myself.
As an adult one time three of my friends and I were watching football. I went to the kitchen to get food, and they yelled for me to come back quick. I ran into the TV room and they grabbed me, wrestled me down, took off my shirt and socks and tickle tortured me for around a half-hour until I passed out. I was screaming and laughing hysterically, and it was torture because I couldn't get away and they refused to stop. The only way people would stop tickle torturing me is if I wet myself or passed out from laughing. No begging or pleading made any difference. It was like they were hypnotized and couldn't stop. That's what I know about it.
