hi!
i mostly follow my mind in making tough decisions (since i'm quite indifferent), but i follow my heart when i just want to be spontaneous or when it's about my loved ones.

i would say both,,, i feel things with my heart, but run them by my mind, or else my mind thinks something, then i run it by my heart,,, for an opinion,,,,
if the two are in conflict,,, it really depends on the situation, as to which i follow,,,,,, if its a family thing, then the heart, if its a world/business thing, then my mind
ps: only as i have matured, do i now do this, in youth my heart often led,,,,, in spite of what my mind said

The mind is much more reliable than the metaphorical heart as the seat of emotions.

My heart. There is no point in following my mind as it is not affectionate to my feelings.

Neither, I follow my instincts.
My heart can be fooled, and is much to soft.
My mind can be clouded by to many facts and choices.
My instincts have been very reliable.
