There hasn't been a nintendo event since September when they gave out Mew. Check www.pe2k.com and pokemon.com for updates on their next event.

Or if you live near New York on in it. Go to the Pokemon Center and use one of the joyspots.

If you're willing to risk gltiching your game, use gameshark to get the special Pokemon.
