If it's getting to you that much, you should just stop using Yahoo answers because there's no point in getting so worked up. I know some things people say are annoying, but you shouldn't let it affect you that much

Uh, huh.
Yahoo answers is frequented by thousands of people daily. So they aren't all going to have the same opinions are they? And some will be so 'out there' that yes, they will irritate the hell out of others. But to get so upset strikes me as not a good thing.
There are lots of things to get angry about in the world. Cruelty, injustice and unfairness. Seems to me that stupidity however should be well down the list.
So when I see something that irritates me I now just pass on by. Because I don't need my blood pressure any higher and who's going to lose out if I burst a blood vessel? The person who posts the rubbish or me?
So if it's just Y!A, I suggest doing the same. If on the other hand you find yourself gritting your teeth at other things, perhaps you should try some relaxation techniques. After all, it's no good compromising your health because of some idiot with nothing better to do during Spring Break than to troll Y!A, is it?
Peace.

Wow, well, I get angry sometimes when someone posts something violent or really bigoted, but if they are upsetting you to that extent, please take a break, go for a walk, have a cup of tea, plant some flowers, call a friend and chat about anything but! None of these answers are worth *that* much upset, they just aren't. Sometimes you need to know when you should just leave a question or an answer alone, some of this stuff is just not worthy of your attention... .....I hope you enjoy a peaceful day today...

I have to admit that if I were in my twenties, I would have hurt somebody by now. But at the ripe old age of 46, I have learned that there is nothing better than letting an idiot show how arrogant they are.
It's easy to act brave behind the anonymity and protection of a computer monitor. Cowards will stoke the flames because they can't get away with that in the real world where they will not confront you face-to-face.
When someone acts tough with me, I tell them that I will pay half their travel fare to come to my house. When they get here they can try to call me all the names they want, using any language they want, and try to push me around if they want to. And that's all I tell them.
So far, I've had no visits.

It is very hard to work on anger ,i know i use to have anger problems,i still get upset her are a few helpful i hope, one, maybe you have a lot of anger in you about other things that you have not worked out in the back of the mind that you have been holding on to,for a week , month, or even , years. there is this thing i say but it might seem crazy but if you say it in your mind a lot of times it works, god grant me the serenity to accept things i cannot change, the courage to change the things i can and the wisdom to know the difference, you are sensitive, concern, about things you hear or see you have no control of that's the life which i had to understand , i hated my anger be cause i either hurt some one else or hurt myself in the process, here is one thing to i think , from 0 to a 100 and that 100 is a nuclear bomb how bad was it, i also learned that there are three kinds of anger , aggressive, assertive, and passive aggressive , aggressive - lets anger out right then , assertive - is to get the point across without rage ,- passive aggressive, is the worst because you hold every thing an it comes out because you hold it all in, and when you let it out on a person you did not mean to but it just took one small thing to piss me off ilet it out on the an innocent person i did have to get help asap, iwas going off on relatives friends, try to work on it it can affect your physical part of the body a panic attack, a stroke or even a heat attack, and even pain , head aches, it could lead you to addictions ,you might want to talk to soame one, some one still working on anger

Keep in mind that some of the people who write answers that anger you want just that. Since this forum is pretty anonymous, it's very easy for people who would otherwise be afraid to, to be jerks. It's easy for me to say not to let it get to you, but in reality, what someone says on Yahoo! Answers isn't going to truly have a huge impact on what's important in your life.

They do, i attempt to undergo in ideas at the same time as i became a baby and attempt to imagine how i'd experience in this example. in spite of the indisputable fact that, as I lived with my mum, and my dad walked out taking all of "his" funds, which became meant to be theirs as they were married and had 2 little ones, then i imagine i'd have felt very otherwise about the placement my be sure (s) were in. I actually have frequently given a rant-kind outburst in accordance to a query and sat lower back and though, hmmm, perchance I went too a strategies? in spite of the indisputable fact that, to three degree, i imagine homestead truths can help in somewhat body of ideas adjustment.

Yea i get very annoyed sometimes reading stupid answers (for instants when someone asks a question and people reply "i don;t know, dont ask me" - hmm i believe they were asking people who know... seeing as you don;t know DON'T REPLY!")
*Cough*.. anyway, i just rate their answer as bad and then laugh evilly and loudly in my room - raising my arms in air and growing horns.
If people want to live there lives as ignorant then thats their choce... all we can do is laugh..(at them mostly).
Yes, mia the pen is mightier than the sword... however try saying that to someone who is angry (personally id rather have the sword... atleast you can still write with it.. just only on walls...) unless it's a nice pen...

why let mere words affect you in any way ,
words are just other peoples thoughts
the most thoughtless words are possably writen by children or retards ,your of higher intelligence to listen to or get up set about children
just get over it [fury is hurtfull]
your taking it too serious
i sometimes feel embarised about what i or others write , but only gods perfect ,avoid certain people [one day i might make me a list but to what end
whatever we write reveals more about ourselves than any insult from other could prove about us

I try not to get pissed off,but it's hard.All of those generalistic,insulting,discrimitive,
racist, and hateful questions give me a bad headache, though.
It all makes me sick and sometimes drives me away from Yahoo Answers.Yahoo is
a magnet for stupidity.
