There's a lizard in my room and I have a phobia of lizards! Any suggestions on what to do...I already screamed...

you could let the lizard have the room and just leave...
you could throw a towel over the lizard and capture it..
you could ask someone there to help you...
you could get a broom and sweep it away..
facts: lizards are small...
more scared of you than you can ever be of them...
dont hurt humans..
wont bite you unless you put your finger in their mouth..
will run from you not at you..
will eat all the bugs in your house..
will rid your house of spyders (which are creepy and sometimes poisonous)...
will eat mosquitoes (which will bite you)...
will eat roaches...
are considered by many cultures to be good luck...
are actually kinda cute...
will sit very still and run like the dickens if you tap the area near them...
dont be scared.

Get a large plastic glass and a piece of cardboard and allow the lizard to go into the cup, cover the end w/the cardboard and go outside and let the little guy go. He won't hurt you.

throw something at it and get someone to come in and help you. Don't aim for the lizard but just behing it so it goes towards the door.

spray him with something like Raid, or hit him with something just to make him stiff and then throw him away or just kill the thing, sorry that you are having such a moment
