Question for fans of Barnsley or Oldham Athletic?

Andy Ritchie has just been appointed manager of my club, Huddersfield Town. Whilst there's a couple of people I'd have preferred in the role, we've got him now and he'll get full backing from me.

What I was wondering though, is what should we expect from him?

Do you feel he did a good job at your club?

What strengths/weaknesses does he have - as far as you can tell?
