If you do a lot of computer work that can cause arm pain. If this is the case take a break every 30 minutes and relax and stretch your arms for five minutes.

A qualified massage therapist can help tremendously to relieve your pain. Many times the pain is coming from your neck and radiating down the arms. I strongly recommend you get a massage as soon as possible.

Apply a moist heating pad to the back of your neck for fifteen minutes at a time several times daily. This will help relax the muscles.

If none of these work you may want to see a qualified chiropractor. I've enclosed a link for qualified chiropractors in your area in the USA.

If you have any further questions please let me know,

good question. So many of us out here have carpal tunnel. and joint problems, etc... It's true about how you feel your aches and pains when you get older. The injuries you suffer when you are younger, such as sports or job-related, you will "feel it in your bones" when you get older, and the weather changes !
