I have UTI before one month but now recent in my urine report Micro examination- epethelial cell - 6 to 8, epehtlial cast - Present , bacteria -A few is it normal or
again i have UTI?

epithelial cells means the sample was not the best. Epi's are not from the bladder, they're from the skin surrounding the urethra. So, the bacteria that grow may have come from your skin as well (we're all coated in bacteria, of course).

Don't know the answer to that data, though i'm quite familiar with falling victim to uti in the past and that too not just once. Check with ur local med. lab technician on the phone if u can't get ahold of a Dr. right away. I will say this though, prevention is better than cure and for that u need to load up on yogurt as your daily intake and develop the habit of drinking cranberry juice. Nothing else will cast this problem away from ur life as well as these 2 items do. Trust me.

They will see if some bug grows in your urine before they decide to treat. It takes a couple of days. Epithelial cast are normal. Your urinary tract should be totally sterile, so no bacteria should be present. Again, just wait a couple days to see if they culture anything.
