Why do i feel like theres something in my throut when i swallow.

It sounds like your glands are swollen, which is causing the pain. Try gargling with warm salt water to see if this will help the pain. If not you should see your medical doctor because you may have some sort of infection.

i have this all the time, have you looked at your tonsils? take a look at them, if they are swollen, you may want to see an ENT. if this has been going on for a long time, you need to get them looked at, a tonsilectomy may be needed as well.
