why is it that when i'm walking down the street and pass a goodlooking chick, after i look at her she smiles but if i look again she gives me a angry type of look , could it be because she is a weirdo or because she was expecting something in return like say a hello or something?

She probably is confused why you are giving her a lingering look but not saying anything.

Probably because if you don't say hello, they start doubting the reason you looked at them. You look at them once and they think 'oh, maybe he likes me' and smile at you. If you look at them twice without saying anything, they think 'oh god, do I have pen on my face? etc' Either that, or they might think you're looking at someone behind you, and be worried about smiling too much in case you're not smiling at them. Just some theories :)

a look is a compliment.two looks is like stareing,very rude.but to say hello or hi would be very polite even to a stranger.

to her the First look means, "Nice! I ve successfully attracted attention, the second look means "oh great! am i gonna be stalked now??!"
and yes, a hi does help (i would advice against it though)

she likes you checking her out once, yeah, its flirty, random, and fun.
But you looking at her again might make her think your just a pervert.
(im not saying you r a pervert. . . she is *lol* jk)
If your not interested in her, or don’t plain on talking to her, don’t look at her more than once. I say that because theirs a guy who keeps staring at me in my gym class, he doesn’t talk to me so its kinda creepy.
But hopefully your not creepy like him. ;p

i think they love to feel that someone is intrested in them , so they smile . but they are not intrested so they give the angry look
