Well, just inquiring whether the Christians, or whoever else is familiar with the myth truly believe Eden, and a lack of knowledge would be paradise...

Also, does anybody else find it odd that when in most mythologies the bringer of enlightenment is idolized, I've never once heard the serpent thought of in a positive light?...

A caduceus (/kəˈduːsiəs/, -ʃəs, -ˈdjuː-; kerykeion in Greek; Unicode U+2624 (☤) on the Miscellaneous Symbols table) is a winged staff with two snakes wrapped around it. It was an ancient astrological symbol of commerce and is associated with the Greek god Hermes, the messenger for the gods, conductor of the dead and protector of merchants and thieves. It was originally a herald's staff, sometimes with wings, with two white ribbons attached. The ribbons eventually evolved into snakes.

What's that symbol so many hospitals and medical facilities have?

They're serpents...

That little myth is an allegorical truth, if most Christians don't understand it (no offense) A Jew that takes deep study will understand it.

AS far as the ones who understand what it is and does, I doubt most will do it again, than again I could be very wrong.

i think the world would be an entirely diffeent place if the fruity had never been eaten, that could mean the world would not be inhabited by humans anymore or something. So maybe it was for the best?

uh, you need to research the serpent, who was Lilith, first wife of Adam, and became very idolized as a symbol of feminism for jews, and yes, I'd eat the fruit and I wouldn't need her to talk me into it
