Unfortunately, nearly all the killing, wounding, and raping is being done by other Iraqis and their non-Iraqi friends.
And immigrants are people who go somewhere intending to stay. As you can see, Americans go to Iraq with the specific permission of the Iraqi government, and then leave promptly. That is not illegal immigration.
