no. It takes about an ounce and a half of alcohol ingested within an hour to give you a .08 reading of an alcohol test. Just kissing someone who had been drinking would not give you enough alcohol to hardly make a trace.

just as i rote this message i though of somit..
you would sober up after the million'th kiss.. so actully
no you cant. you body would breakdown the alchole way b4 you could get drunk.
plus the exercise would burn away the alchole.
here is a hypothetical event.
maybe if there were 1 million people in a row. and you could go in Hypertime and kiss each of them in less then a second.

err only if u plan 2 drink the contents of their stomach! mite just make them a bit sloppy 2 kiss if they're a bit drunk thats all lol.
that or you'd have to be the biggest lightweight drinker known 2 man
