Does anyone besides me HATE going to radio shack??

Question

There is one right by my work--- I always need things from there, but I never, ever buy from them... I can go on and on with my reasons, but I don't exactly want to get into it right now....

does anyone else hate that place?? why??

i go in, he says "if you buy this today and sign up for the not a credit card radio shack card, i'll give you 10% off", i sign up and he goes "ooooooooh i mean like you have to be approved first.............." wasting my damn time.........................................


and then some... I always get treated like i'm a moron every time i go in there.

I hate going to Radio Shack because they're trashy and dirty. Also, the salespeople are apathetic and rude. (I'm speaking only of the ones where I live, not about Radio Shack as a whole.)

Radio Shack is like Fry's electronics - if you know what you want and find it quickly - there is no problem. The real issue stems from when you need to ask a question - then you get a counter weasel that knows less than you do about the product trying to make up something about it. ...
At least that's how my experiences have been.

When they got the British CEO is when it went down hill for sure, he was known for horrible business tactics and bagging companies with debts then parachuting out of there with a nice little bag of money....

I can't stand that place they are so damn overpriced on EVERYTHING!!!!! And not to mention the damn commercials they have annoy the piss out of me:)
