I don't believe there would be any significant difference.

Genesis is considerably more than the stories of the creation and flood. It describes early Hebrew history and also delineates the relationship between Man and God. It also foretells the coming of a Savior, as do many other parts of the Old Testament.

I think that there would be just as much, because there is still the people that believe the Jews are the only decendents of Abraham, and the Muslims are born of the Slave woman so they remain in salvery, and then there is the fact that some believe in Christ and some don't . It is a huge divide.

Nationalism and religion in general are what cause divisions in the world. Pride also contributes quite a bit.
