A bit confused because the person was saying Jesus and God travelled in UFO's and my reply was "Wheres the proof? scripture reference needed "

Didn't impress me at all--it was actually one of my more mediocre answers.
It's all very arbitrary. I've had brilliant answers get a lot of thumbs down (maybe people hate to think), and some of my most trite answers have gotten Best Answer status. What's really stupid are the Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down option. If the question was "What's your favorite color", and you answer "blue", some idiot will give you a thumbs down.

What were women of the 1940's like?
how did they behave when they were upset or frusterated with a loved one? what was their tone of voice? how would a women then treat a man if he claims to be seeing his first wife(who is dead), and she is the new, second wife? anyone know?

It was awesome, and totally unexpected. It was for an opinion question rather than something that required actual facts. I am a librarian, so I was surprised with how touching I found it (since I answer questions all day long!)

Can't recall from the previous account, might be from cricket section becuase i used to answer in that section only the beginning..........and for this account it was Proud Muslimah who gave me best answer for the fist time , as she was trying to consol me for the deletion of my well established account...How cute she is , simply love her !! :)
Oh and i didn't feel much for the best answer but i just felt love for Muslimah for her love !!

I do. Two accounts ago. "Why do Christians always quote the bible to convert you?"
My answer: "It comes from an old Jewish tradition, only they beat you with the Torah's stone tablets to convert you."
He was a real life friend of mine.
That was two accounts ago, though.

I was disappointed that the asker did not acknowlege that the so-called miracle he was using to advertise his religion was just a smoke & mirrors magic potion selling tactic.
