My whole family except the father figure is allergic to dairy, egg, wheat, citric acid, ect ect. I was wondering, if i use soymilk in place of milk will it change the way the recipe cook/bakes? Should i use ricemilk instead?

yeah they change the flavor and the way the food bakes so i would go against it if i were you

Both will change the recipe. For some things, it doesn't matter as much (eg cakes) but for other things, such as puddings or custards, cheesecakes, etc, using soy or rice milk will ruin the recipe.
