no - only get maggots when a fly lays eggs on it - so if left out of fridge - or uncovered for a long time flies will lay eggs - hence maggots

"Fresh" is not conducive to maggot infested meats. You will generally smell the putrid meat before spotting the maggots (They are quite visible by the hundreds). In short; No.

No. You would see them if they did. And if the meat had maggots on it, it wouldn't be 'fresh'. It would have had to sit our for long enough for flies to lay eggs on it, then for the eggs to hatch into maggots. Several days.

Not maggots but pork can contain a kind of tapeworm called the trichinia worm which causes trichinosis. It can also be found in other types of wild game.
