Do you think it's more so when guys are younger. My boyfriend of 14 years told me I was not aging well, and that he was just not into me anymore. We have 2 kids and we are both 42. I think I look great. But are men that shallow?

Well First of all , dose your husband think at this age he is all that and a bag of chips? I would have been outraged if my husband said this too me, and since he was not that into me , and said this to me , I would be more than happy to leave a small suitcase on front door step after changeing locks when he was at work and leaveing a note saying , im just not that into you anymore have a nice day .

That's the prob when women date men same age or younger. When you reach a certain age and you start to age then someone shallow will move on. No not all men are shallow. Some men could truly love you inside out but obviously the one you have is not the one. So it's not you for looking older, it's him. You need to move on and find someone more respectable before you get too old. Do it now while you're young. :)

He's a jerk for saying that to you and being incredibly shallow. Is he a hot stud to begin with, even after these 14 years? I doubt it, but dump his ***, even if he is. But don't blame men, women do it A LOT, too. I can't tell you how many girls have turned me down because I am not a GQ stud either. BTW, I am 36. Nobody likes getting older, but if you are with the right person, it shouldn't really matter. If you are REALLY insecure about it, try a makeover, but don't go too far with any crazy plastic surgery or anything. Good luck and I hope you find someone to love you for you, inside and out!

women...pls ask urself the same question...

This world allows women to date younger guys too and the only concerns is when younger guys love an older women, most of the time they were accused to be after the woman's money. And in the guys' case, it is the same.

Guy got turned off when his woman dun upkeep her body, so when they wan sex, they go for younger woman.

Woman got turn off when her man got no reaction with her immitation, so if they are daring enuh like "Sharon Stones" in Basic Instinct, go pay a younger guy who gives them pleasure...

If both parties can accept this "TRUTH", they will be Happy Forever...lol.

GOD!!!

It really depends on the man. I would suggest finding a man who knows that you are lovely. By the way, most people don't know this, due to confusing media messages, but the truth is, ALL PEOPLE ARE VERY BEAUTIFUL! Furthermore, relationships ought to be based on what's INSIDE. Loving someone can make them look better to you than other people do. I hope you will find someone who knows enough about love to stick with you--because that's how romance is supposed to be. Good luck!

I don't think looks should be the sole basis for a relationship. You have to like the person you are with, regardless of your physical attraction, or it's just not going to work out. I do think, in some respects, that you have to be somewhat physically attracted to the other person, at least to some degree.

I prefer a woman who is intelligent, funny, even-tempered, industrious, and has all of her adult teeth! lol

Are men that shallow? Yep...I can say I try not to be...and I try...but yeah I am that shallow. But personality can make a pretty lady absolutely beautiful.

looks fade no matter how much surgery or cream or whatever you do to yourself everything is going to sag wrinkle and go south.

tell him your a human being, thats what your ment to be doing aging! i think the only way to age well is to accept the fact that your aging!(some people go to great lengths to stay young its quite scary) and if he cant accept that then tell him to go marry a blow up doll

THEY NEVER AGE RIGHT
