I really want to contact my ex boyfriend even though its only been a week. I mean, we were together for 4 years and I do love him very, very much...I miss him. I was waiting for him to contact me and he hasn't..so does that mean he doesn't care??! Honesty is the best policy!!!

It was my fault we broke it off..and it was something small....i was upset after reading a self help book because he wasn't matching up with the he's just not that into you standards..

Oh boy, you should never read those books and use those to determine whether or not you have a good boyfriend, that's the main problem. You probably really just upset him and also he may still care about you but hasn't contacted you because he doesn't want to seem desperate. If you really want to contact him you should, don't sit around and wait until it's to late. Just apologize for doing what you did and tell him that you really do care about him and that you want to be with him and that if your relationship fails that you would rather it be because of something major then something from some book and that you would like to give it another try :-)

Well...its not just a simple yes and no answer. I believe because you were together for so long that he does love you. He may just have become tired of the relationship due to whatever troubles or miscommunication that was in the relationship. Its only been a week dont sweat it yet. give the man some space and if its meant to be he will call you. If you smother him he is just going to push you away and that is the last thing you want.

4 years of courtship means that a week of separation is a long time. Guess its time to forget, forgive and move on. Time will heal the wounds and perhaps you are destined to find a much better person for yourself.

its only been a week, why did you break up in the first place?, If he broke it off with you it was probley for a reason, and he might not want to be with you anymore,or he's seeing someone else, if you broke it off with him he is probley thinking Fu*k You and wont contact you, its only been a week, it you broke it off and still want to be with him, you need to go and see him and tell him how you feel,
