:Your faith to God will help you. Just pray.
As God said,- Knock and you will be opened, ask and you will be given.

This may sound strange, but I feel the very similar. I was always very outgoing, the party girl, who never had a problem talking to people or getting a date. I was all over all the time and thriving in success. Then, I got married, had a baby, and became a stay at home Mom. We moved to a new town, and now I'm alone with my son. I love it, but, I've found myself feeling "socially retarded" and my self confidence has gone down the drain. I've recognized the problem, and I'm taking baby steps to get myself back. I'm starting to take care of myself better, and I try to do things that are out of my character. In my opinion, the only way to release your fears is to experience them first hand. Just do something crazy, even if it seems simple to the average person. Break your shell, take care of yourself, and remember that you are not a doormat. Take care.

Face your fears, bit by bit, and it will increase your self confidence. Make a goal to address each of your fears, and make a detailed step by step action plan. Write it down and set up a reasonable time table to accomplish each task, then stick to it.
Look for a mentor along the way, find others who have had similar difficulties and ask them how they overcame them. When you realize you are not the only one who has felt that way, you will feel a greater degree of hope for your own situation.
Every challenge has it's reward at the other side that makes it all worthwhile... meanwhile, hold your head up and look for opportunities in every hardship... along the journey you will discover your abilities and gain an appreciation for them, you will in turn be able to help others find their own path.

Well it seems as though you have already started the process. By simply asking a question like that to yourself and others, you are deeply aware at a soul level that your abilities are discoverable by you...know one else.
One of the best ways that I have found to move pass road blocks; let it go. Simple huh? Trust that whatever you do will lead you to your answers. Pretty radical for some people to believe that we can discover how we want to live our lives by going inside instead of outside to a source that know nothing more about us then what we give

What is it you have fear of?
Is your lack of confidence justified?
Sometimes fear and lack of confidence come from he fact you are unsure of what you are doing or afraid of what people may think or say about you.
When you step out in the name of the Father, know that He's got your back and know that He's the one that put you in that situation to do or say what He wants you to do or say.
Pray that He strengths and empowers you to do His will. He will make you bold, the word says that He goes before you like a banner, what this means to me is that the light of God radiates from us when we are His child and this power only has the ability to embolden you and to conquer fear.
Pray for wisdom and understanding.
Peace

Start by thinking about what you can do. If your using YA, you've got abilities that many don't have. Then think about what you enjoy doing. Try taking on a challenge in an area you like. You could also ask a friend what he/she thinks you should try. I think you have to start by doing something, not thinking negatively.

Pray and ask God for it who is the giver of all things. The Word of God says that God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind. He will do it. Just ask. May God Bless U.
