My Uncle has been in a coma for about 2 days, from having a stroke, now he is paralyzed on his left side, and the "massive" bleeding is occurring on the back side of his brain on the right hand side. They have done no surgery on him. Does he still have a chance? If so what are his chances?

There are a lot of reasons why his doctors many not elect to do surgery. Age, physical condition, the location of the bleed, your uncles current medications, etc., etc.
If he is experiencing complete paralysis on his left side, chances are high that he will never regain complete function.

I am a nurse and I can't answer that question becasue I don't know how massive the stroke was or which part of the brain has been affected. You would do best to not depend on anyone here to answer that question. Some people recover well from strokes and others don't.
And I don't believe I have ever heard of anyone having surgery to treat a stroke.
