For a truth you received't make it 20 miles on a cruiser. inspite of in case you do it really is going to take continuously and by technique of the proper of summer season you would have legs like a horse. do not get a fixie both until eventually it really is the style which will be placed into unmarried velocity mode the position it may coast. between that and a street motorbike it truly relies upon on what percentage hills there are. A fixie received't do properly in truly hilly parts. yet keep in recommendations a street motorbike will value 2-3 circumstances more effective than a similar unmarried velocity (fixie) motorbike.

A few more things to think about. Some less expensive frames/bikes are very heavy, up to 50 lbs. Some of the LBS bikes are lighter weight aluminum, some 27-32 lbs. If you have to carry your bike up stairs or put it on the roof of your car for transport, etc., keep that in mind. Also, some come with 3-7 gears if you have hills or stiff winds. If you want something very heavy that will force you to work harder, you can look at lots of different brands.
