One time my cat brought me a live bird. I don't know what kind it was cause i was sleeping at the time and she jumped up on my chest with it and woke me up. All i saw before i completely lost it in fear was flapping wings in my face. I thought that it was some demon coming after me!
The cat i have now had gotten in to my daughter tarantula cage and got the thing out to put in to my lap.

My cat brought me a $100 bill! I think she found it on the side walk....... then another time she brought me someone's purse (there was a wallet inside, but it only had $15..)........ She even brought me someone's bra!! She still has that habit until now! Just last week she brought me a $1 bill. It's a great way to get a few extra duckets! But one time I was real shocked when she plopped down on my foot a real, live, honest-to-goodness snake! I was screaming like crazy!!! My neighbors even called the police because they thought there was something wrong! Luckily, snakes aren't in the gift section anymore.........

I use to have a cat that would bring garter snakes into the house and then let them get away from her. Luckily I'm not scared of snakes, because I never knew when a snake would pop out from behind the stove or something.

a live wood pecker, i opened the door and the cat ran in with a bird in its mouth but i thought it was dead but it was playing dead and when the cat dropped it , it stared to fly around the house and so i opened up the door and it flew out as the cat chased it. i don't know how a cat can catch a woodpecker since they are always up on the side of a tree and never on the ground and its faster on a tree than a cat is!

Not the strangest thing... But once my cat had a a mouse cornered and stayed for a couple hours to catch it.. I finally went to bed but when I awoke I went to the bathroom to go pee and in the toilet was a chewed on mouse.. That was where I had deposited the other 2 mice he had killed in the house... LOL Good Boy I told him...

My friend's Siamese cat went outside one night and brought a live rabbit into the bedroom while they were asleep, chased it all around the comforter and killed it on the bed.

My cat is an inside cat and she regularly brings me the doily off the desk.

My Budweiser brings home EVERYTHING!!! Frogs in his mouth with the legs still kicking, live birds and dead birds, snakes, the neighbor boys toys (cars and balls), sticks that he likes to chew up just like a dog, a cooked hot dog he got from the neighbors BBQ, mice (mostly just the head and the back feet and butt), baby bunnies (I know, awwww), other cats (five I feed off and on--he's fixed so they're 'just friends'), mud that he tracks all over the house if you don't catch him in time, and my personal favorite----fleas, ticks and worms!!!!!!!!

Someone's pet kitten... about 2 months old. My cat carried the kitten by the scruff of the neck and took it to my bedroom closet... I was so shocked that I just followed him... after he dropped the kitten on a pile of T-shirts, I immediately picked it up and saw that it was not harmed at all. I was so surprised becuase my cat is male!

When I was a teen my cat had a bad habit of going to the neighbors yard and stealing baby chicks from their hen house. She never killed anything she brought home. I used to get mad at my dad because he would make me sneak over and put the chicks back.

The cat I grew up with used to convey issues in all the time, usually unhurt. She's bypass discover my mom and drop regardless of it replaced into at her ft like a cutting-edge. i might hear my mom screaming and run in the room to discover a lizard, a bat, a flying squirrel...each type of issues. however the strangest had to be the day we watched her crossing the backyard coming in the direction of the abode with a very large, black snake in her mouth. It replaced into someplace between 5 and 6 ft lengthy. She had it top in the middle and it regarded like she had a lengthy shifting moustache. She extra it into the abode and tried to supply it to my mom who replaced into working and giggling at this factor. whilst she ultimately dropped him, all of us instructed her what a surprising hunter she replaced into and whilst she wasn't finding, I grabbed the snake and took him returned outdoors.
