I saw a show that showed a plane crash and on the fake news on the show they had footage of the plane taking off.

No. Hardly any planes are actually videotaped taking off. Unless the runway is in view of a security camera for an access gate or something. I probably saw the same video as you did and that camera was actually for an access gate to the airport. There really isn't no reason to videotape every takeoff anyway, there are plenty of recorders and sensors built into the plane to see what happened in the event of a crash.

i really don't know but i would think so it would make sense to think that they do just in case something went wrong....
