You're asking the wrong question. It should be...Which country will China go to war with next? The difference in the sentence structure is a minor one. But the difference in the question is major.

Only fool will want to go to war with China.
Why contain China? Japan cannot be trusted always think that she is the boss/leader of Asia. Asian countries trusted China more than the Japanese.
China is not Iran, Iraq or Agan, the Chinese will flood both the western countries and US

We are working to contain the Chinese. They are interested in Indian technology, Southeast Asia resources, controlling the shipping lanes in south China sea, and exporting military goods and missile technology to enemies of western countries.
