The so called "Books of Moses" of which Exodus is part had many authors/editors over many periods of time, but was most likely assembled and redacted in their present form by Ezra and the scribes with him and Nehemiah at the reoccupation of Jerusalem post-Babylonian exile. Moses himself as a character is a recasting of an Akkadian legend named Sargon the Great they apparently borrowed for creation of their glorious origin mythology.
The Psalms are attributed to several authors including David and others.
Daniel was written by an unknown political writer during the Maccabean period, long after the events it describes.
John's gospel was written either by the John the Presbyter of Ephesus, or John the Beloved Disciple, or they may be the same person. Because it was apparently written in the nineties or later, there is some doubt about it being a contemporary of Jesus, and in fact it's authenticity was doubted by many in the early church.
Luke and Acts were one book originally written by Luke.
Romans and Philippians are undisputed as the work of Paul.
1 Timothy's Pauline authorship (as with all the Pastorals) is disputed. It's possibly the work of a 1st generation follower.
The author of first John is anonymous in the text, like the book of Hebrews, but some fairly early 3rd century authorities like Origen, Clement of Alexandria and Tertullian all attribute this letter to the Apostle John.
The Sunday school versions you're getting from all the conservatives have been known to be wrong for more than 150 years.

Exodus is traditionally accredited to Moses. However, modern Biblical Scholars usually say that it was written by at least 3 different authors, known by the letters J, E, and P. They are different sources that were brought together.
Psalms is traditionally attributed to David. But some of the Psalms themselves say they are by someone else, such as Asaph. Some of them may be from David, and others from other people.
Daniel is traditionally attributed to Daniel, I suppose. But it was written many years after Daniel died, during the Maccabean period, according to most scholars. We are not sure who wrote it.
John - the Gospel of John may have been written by someone named John, but we don't know which John. John was a very common name back then. Tradition says it was written by the "Beloved Disciple." But modern scholars doubt this. It is actually an anonymous writing (it doesn't say who wrote it). Later church leaders are the ones who put the name "John" to it.
Romans - Paul.
Philippians - Paul.
Acts - tradition says that Luke wrote Acts.
1 Timothy - this is attributed to Paul, but modern scholars believe that Paul did not write it. Instead, someone from one of Paul's churches may have actually written it.
1 John - again, this could be someone named John, as that was a common name. But we don't know which John.
Revelations - John of Patmos. He is not the same John that wrote the Gospel or the Letters of John. But we do think the real author was named John.

Doing homework at the last minute? Exodus is Moses. Psalms by a combination of writers. John, 1 John, Revelation by John. Romans by Paul. Acts I think is Luke but not sure. Philippians is Paul. Timothy I forget, maybe Timothy. Look at the front of each of those books in your Bible and it will say.
Try this source. Then learn how to google.
