I have recently read three books about Noah and the great flood. They are "Noahs Ark: Fact or Fable?", "The World That Perished", and "The Genesis Flood" and have seen many websites about it. I am convinced the Great Flood happened. There is so much evidnece of it. The landscape, the Grand Canyon, the deserts of Utah and New Mexico. So why do men still doubt the Flood story? Also Noahs Ark has been seen so many times and even been photographed. The Communists of Russia knew it was up there and they killed a man so that they would not reveal it. So honestly how can anyone deny the Flood story? with so much proof?

I do. Of course, there is much physical evidence left by the Flood. But the greatest proof off all is the fact that it is recorded in God's Word. He never lies.

It's not even a metaphor or an allegory--it's not even original--anyone with any intelligence can quite easily see that the hebrews plagarized the story from the sumerian epic of gilgamesh--which is about a thousand years older than the noah story. There is no evidence of a world wide flood--in fact--every core sample ever taken in the ocean deeps falsifies the flood story nicely (a global flood would leave a clear deliniation around the world in the ocean deeps of such an event--the layer would be unmistakable and present everywhere if the story were true--and is absent everywhere). The sumerian story probably resulted from the generational telling of the time when the med flooded the low lying marshy black sea area. To neolithic inhabitants of that area--when that black sea area flooded--it would have seemed as if the whole world were. The ancestors of this catastrophe would have eventually made it to the middle east--and their story incorporated into the gilgamesh epic.

You will need some more evidence than just because you say so.
For one, the Grand Canyon does not prove a world-wide flood. If anything, it goes contrary, as a great flood would erode much of the landscape.
So where are these photographs of the Ark? How do you know the Russians killed a man to hide the Ark?
How can anyone deny the Flood story? Because there isn't any proof for it. You haven't provided any, and no one else has either.
Besides, the logistics are so utterly ridiculous. We have penguins in Antarctica but none in the Middle East? This wouldn't be the case if the Great Flood were true.

In order for absolute truth you must have empirical evidence. See it to believe it. I still see only speculation and
myth, conspiracies, political misinformation, etc.
Various combinations of atmospheric conditions can
cause any of the above catastrophes, especially over eons
of time.
This planet is a dynamic planet. It isn't static. It moves
around and squirms. It shakes and erupts constantly all over.
Weather patterns change, often severely. Sometimes there's a polar shift (reverse in the Earth's magnetic field)
And, you know what? Life would not be possible without
it. That dynamic is what creates our air and water and stuff.
It stretches and breathes. It swells and shrinks.
It's alive....

hahahaha oh noah's ark. So you really believe that we all are descendants from Noah and his wife? Do you know how many flood stories there are from every civilization?? There probably was a flood, but most certainly there was no Noah's ark that boarded hundreds of animals... come on dude. The flood story is even mentioned in the epic of Gilgamesh which was created BEFORE the old testament....

I am definitely not christian or jewish, but I do believe it did happen, whether or not there was an ark.
Your arguement cannot be backed up, And are scientifically impossible. You just make christians look stupid.
There is significant data that shows salt water life buried in a certain layer of dirt around the world, similar to a layer in the black sea, which was fresh water at one point before being opened to the ocean by some event.

I have a question for you...
If they announce they have found remains of the ark, how are you going to test them to date them?
We have been told many times from many different denominational leaders that carbon dating is inaccurate because it goes against the Adam and Eve fable.
Also there isn't any evidence that the was a global flood. Look up evidence in the dictionary and really read it's meaning. There are stories of a global flood and a man that built an ark and saved all the animals long before the bible was even dreamed up. Almost every culture has stories that are the same stories in your good book. The bible isn't the word of god it is the word of a handful of men that related stories they had heard.

Genesis flood story was borrowed from the Epic of Gilgamesh which was written 1,500 years earlier.
Furthermore, experiments have shown that a wooden vessel of that size would collapse under its own weight after hitting the first wave. It’s Jewish mythology for heaven’s sake (and not even original).
