"El martes o el próximo domingo me quedan bien".
"El martes o el próximo domingo se acomodan a mi horario"

Works for me in this case is an expression which meanst it accomodates your schedule. Some people translated this as work ina functional way. The first example I gave you is litterally translated as: Tuesday or next sunday suit me fine. The second one says: Tuesday or next sunday fit my schedule.
Either way, the interpretation is the same as "works for me".

I hope this helps! :)
