Jesus is the Word of God in human form. The Word of God was responsible for the creation of the universe. So, Jesus, the Word of God in creation, made the hill. And Jesus, the Word of God incarnate, died on a cross to redeem that world.

He came to earth, humbling Himself by becoming man - He who made the very hill He was to suffer and die on as an act of submission to the Father, and an act of selfless love for sinful man. Irony at it's best.
