Since they beat the Yankees, yes, despite the fact that I'm an atheist, I think there's a chance that Jesus helped them win.

I'm just back from the stadium myself, watching the Angels beat the Indians in Milwaukee.

Jesus does not intervene with sports; he has more important issues to deal with. They did not earn it though -- they were just the one with the most runs at the end of the game. (The team with the most "balls".)
