Let me start with saying a lot. Do a search on the web or go to hemmings motor news web site and see what they want. There are always some available at Barrett-Jackson's auction. I suppose you could find one for around 50K up to about 300K or more depending on how special a history it had and the condition.

Shelby Mustangs? They are the ultimate classic muscle cars and unless you are a multi-millionaire, forget about looking for one because you are dreaming! And you would be wasting the owners' time. They cost a fortune not just to buy, but also to insure, store and maintain in pristine condition (thats if they are in pristine condition when you buy them). I really like them but would never dream of owning one because i know first hand about the costs involved in owning a near-priceless classic car.
On the other hand, if you really are a multi-millionaire, a shelby mustang is a very worthwhile investment, so price shouldnt be an issue for you.

Too many variables... properly maintained? what number miles? and so on., and so on., and so on. i've got seen Shelby's that have been $one hundred (had no engine and darn close to rusted via) to $40 5,000 *thoroughly* unique, up on blocks in a storage with filtered A/C equipment. solid success.
