Salute Visa is a card that is issued by Urban Trust Bank.

The listing on your credit report could either be the bank (UBT) or it could be CompuCredit.

If you applied from a letter they sent, there should be a phone number listed. If not, you might Google them - either Salute Visa or Urban Trust Bank to get a phone number.

I too applied for and got approved for a Visa Salute. I received the card in the mail today and it was very odd. The Visa logo does not look legitimate. It is not like any Visa logo I have ever seen. There is no website address on the paperwork but here is the customer service phone number 1-877-846-0043. I opted to decline the card and close the account but I had to ask to speak to a supervisor three times to get them to stop the sales pitch and do what I ask. I cannot say if they are a legit company or not. I decided to decline the card because it did not seem right to me. Not only is the logo not the registered trademark Visa logo, the silver square with the eagle in it is not on the front of the card. Hope this information helps.
