It explains your need for a passport, a work visa issued by the country you are living in, the requirement for a letter certifying your employment, and some tips for finding different jobs.
You might want to visit the nearest United States Embassy office, someone there should be able to help you get a visa for employment in Canada.
You might also want to apply for an international driver's license, as the more documentation you have, the better off you will be.

it depends on your status right now. Are you a visitor? If so, you need to apply for a work permit based on a job offer. If you have a Permanent residence application pending from within Canada (filed in Vegreville, AB) you are eligible for a work permit once it has been approved in principle (about 5-6 months after filing). You can receive full instructions from CIC by calling 1-888-242-2100 or visiting www.cic.gc.ca

Allen has it virtually spot on, the only element that i'd upload is for you to use a mastercard see you later because the first 4 digits characterize that that's a Canadian monetary corporation. humorous element is that my mastercard is drawn on an American monetary corporation (Citi monetary corporation) in spite of the indisputable fact that that's through its Canadian subsidiary and there have been no complications. What we do is carry some hundred funds CDN for counsel and sundries and if we bypass on an expedition we pay for it with the cardboard. so a strategies no complications. A word of caution about Cuban customs it may be particularly intimidating (a minimum of it became for us in Varadero) only supply them your information and they promises you lower back what they don't favor. you'll favor to pay the departure tax on the airport before you leave Cuba which might want to be about 25 CUC and finally carry a Timmies mug to keep your beverages cool on the hotel. have a sturdy time and threat-free homestead.

contact an immigration lawyer, to see how well your chances for you to get dual citizenship for Canada and the U.S. if you are married then it should be no problem to get this. if not applying for the S.I.N card cannot happen. not that i know of.
