With me it's more of a constant thing - like praying always. Although at night I like to go through what happened during the day to make sure everything is in it's proper perspective, pray for the things that need prayed for, and find peace for any unsettling matters.

to much so at times, i try to give it all to the holy spirit and let go of my worries.but i always make a list of things to do before i go to sleep at night,and ask God to guide me in my daily life ,i used to not be so introspective and just live without concern thru the spirits guidance,but now i feel i need to look at what i do more closely.

Yes, I ask the Lord to point out anything in me that offends Him, and lead me along the path of everlasting life, as in the end of Psalm 139

Every morning, after prayer; I reconcile my dreams with my standing opinions and issues, visualize my day ahead, and conceptualize the image I want to project to the world, and then use the mental data to adjust my attitude accordingly... then I get out of bed.
