Hi besides drive by pepper balling What can be done about these terrorists and traitors of the US? I have seen them have stuff thrown at them etc but what can we do seriously? Why don't we all band together and go after these people, I don't mind getting arested I am sure every soldier, soldiers' family members, even the DA would donate money to bail me out and I could claim insanity since They have spit on me in uniform before and also were at a funeral calling my dead battle buddy who is a hero a gay troop and all sorts of nasty derogatory names. Who is with me? I will be home on leave from ROK in May and I am going to do something about these people even the liberals hate them if any one thinks they are right in what they do tell me. Or if you are with me and want to go out with the patriot guard riders but this time actualy fight back against these traitors tell me........ Shadow Stalker

They post a list of what funerals they intend to be at on their website, Godhatesfags.com. Often times, however, they don't make it to all the funerals they say they will because there are, thank God, so few of them.
I'm sorry about what they said about your battle buddy and I'd like to respectfully disagree with the user who said that your battle buddy died to preserve their right to do this. It's true that he died to defend their right to protest. He did not, however, die to defend their right to protest at a funeral because it does not exist. Protesting at a funeral crosses over the fine line between free speech and harassment, which is illegal. I understand that there are some lawsuits in the works but I do not for the life of me understand why this has been allowed to go on as long as it has.
Of course liberals hate them. Please don't think that these sick people are "liberals." They actually got their start protesting the funerals of notedly gay people, such as Matthew Shepard. The reason they protest the funerals of fallen soldiers is actually because they think that these soldiers are being punished for defending a nation that tolerates homosexuality.
Of course I encourage you not to do anything violent or illegal but I would be completely sympathetic towards you if you did. My husband and brother are both in the Army and if anything ever were to God forbid happen to either of them and these sick ingrates had the bad judgment to protest at their funerals... well, I might just go down swinging.

Well Shadow I hate to say this but.... Your battle buddy fought and died so the Westboro treason unit can do the things that they do. To try and stop them from doing this would dishonor your buddy. You, your buddy and all the rest of America's soldiers are heroes and need to be honored and remembered as the heroes that they are. But to lash out at these liberal nutcase traitors would be dishonoring what our brothers in arms have died for.

Have them charged with assault, assault with a weaon (if they are the ones shooting pepper balls), criminal tresspass, slander, etc.
Incidentally...them spitting on you is Common Assault. Have them charged. Since you were in uniform, there may be additional charges you could hit them with...look into it. ;)
However, going out on a vigilante mission to gain revenge, you could loose your career, if you get the wrong JAG.

I don't know why the Feds don't go after them for hate crimes.
If what they do isn't a hate crime there is no such thing as a hate crime.
