no legally you cant sell them to anyone under 18, but i dont think anyone will say anything to you

In California no as long as it's not a switchblade or butterfly having over a 2" blade other wise sell what ever.

Who knows the way this country runs. But, I doubt you'd have any problems unless you sell an instrument of mass destruction to a minor.
