No, there are no military in Iran. Not since the early 70's when they took over the US Embassy and held all of the Americans there as hostages for over a year.

Iranians have claimed, and shown proof, such as healed-over wounds, that they were captured by U.S. troops and tortured in order to try and get confessions out of them.

They damn sure should be. Everybody knows that they are supporting the insurgents in Iraq. Their S.F. soldiers have been training them since the get go.
