Not bad for someone who has never existed.

I am stating that only God in the flesh (Jesus Christ) can have so much influence. Other calenders exist. But in all countries it is 2007.

ummmm
In modern universities and most high schools we now use
BCE and CE to refer to dates "before the common era" and "common era".

The Jewish camlendar is over 5000 years old, the Chinese calendar is over 10,000 years old , the Vedi calendar is around 6000 years old. All of these calendars are REALLY USED and they have been in continuous use.

The fact that Europe and the Americas use the Roman calendar says more about the recent cultural history of the people writing here (the last 2000 years) than about world religion.

Here's an interesting way to look at the question: what year was it in the year Jesus was born? Or ten years before he was born?

I don't believe they were just sitting around saying "Boy I hope Jesus gets born soon so we can start counting."

Jesus did exist. He was an actual historical figure. The new testament has been historically proven to have been written around 30 bc, which is far to close to Jesus lifetime to have been faked.

There's as much evidence of his existence as there is for Julius Caesar.

Whether or not he was the son of God is a different argument, though.

if you are stating Jesus Christ never existed then I would have to ask where you leaned that piece of information as people have been trying to solve that question for eons.

He did not. Humans in the then Western world needed to synchronise a calendar. For good or ill everyone now needs to follow suit.
