The very first thing that comes to mind is a bumble bee with the letters, A B C above its head. Keep the letters in primary colors, red, blue and yellow. This is one decoration that everyone will understand and enjoy!

Fake champagne glasses (Party City) fill them with glitter confetti for the table. Maybe get a cutout of a graduation hat, make a little tassle out of tissue paper or yarn. Put each of the attendant's anmes on it and use them as place settings. This will also give you the opportunity to RSVP so you will know how many people to are coming. Attach a small grad pin or pen to the cutout as a little gift they can keep to remember the party. Also scatter some of those disposable camaers around, tell the kids to take random phots, retrieve all of them before they leave, theb you can make a party scrapbook.
