The Quran is the word of God, but so was the Bible and Torah.
However, the Quran is perfect only because it has not been changed while the other two were.

No. God does not contradict Himself. The Qur'an contradicts Scripture in several places. Either Jesus is God's Only Begotten Son or He isn't. Either He died on the Cross, or He didn't. Either He is equal to the Father, or He isn't. You HAVE to choose either the Bible OR the Qur'an. One of them MUST be a lie. And since the Qur'an was written by one man obviously using gnostic texts as source material, while the Bible was written by many people over a long period of time while remaining consistent, the lie is rather easy to spot.

I do not believe in God so I would have to say, technically, that the Koran is not the word of God. It would be far more important to recognize that many millions of people believe that it is. What they do with this knowledge is a fair judge of the "quality" of this belief. Since it is equal to the greatest spiritual texts and beliefs it can be called the word of God if God is the best in our hearts and minds. It is a affirmation of the greatness in mankind.

No. I think if you accept the Qur'an, you have to accept the Bible is not God's truth. To suggest that the Jew's placed God's promises on Isaac when the truth is God's promises were to Ismael, is to say that the Bible was not inspired by God but inspired by men.
My belief is God inspired it and preserved it intact as it happened.

The Quran is the Muslim bible. In their traditional religious beliefs it's their version of the word of God.

No, the Qu'ran is not the Word of God.
If it was, it would be in agreement with the Torah and the New Testament.
God does not contradict Himself.
He is not the author of confusion.
