26-32 oz per day is normal. You should talk to your doctor about ways to avoid failure to thrive.

That does not seem like a whole lot. . .my 5 month old has at least 5 jars of baby food and 4-8oz bottles a day. He is at 50% for his weight and 45% for eighth. . .he weighted 15.6 lbs about a month ago (he was 41/2 months). I would see what the doctor says because every baby is different. She is small so it may not take as much to sustain her through out the day. . .also they say not to worry about the baby food as much, because at this age they are still getting most of the nutrient that they need from their formula. I hope everything is okay!

It doesn't sound like a whole lot, my son is 4 months and eats probably double that. but every child really is different. My son weighed 5 lbs 6 oz, and now is 13lbs. So proportion wise, it sounds ok.

Doesnt seem like alot, but she's small. What does Dr. say? If she's eating when she's hungry she's probably ok.
