Asian markets typically have them. Check the web to see if there is one close to you. You can find a decent market in every major city.

You can probably find them at 99 Ranch or Marina Foods if you have those Asian markets in Texas. As for the unagi you prefer, it'll be frozen packaged from Japan. It's expensive due to the endangered status of the fish! The good news is that unagi is already cooked and seasoned in teriyaki when sold. So enjoy it! Oh and I would recommend "Anago" or salt water eel. It's more abundant and cheaper!
